    Default pls help!!:(

    Hi! I bought this generic note 3 from amazon.com and activated it on straight talk w/at&t sim, paid $25 to get the "right" apn....was working at first intermittently but connection was weak. Now won't work for calls, texts. Only works w/wifi for email and web stuff.
    I had a friend take it to a mobile phone place for apn settings. Now the only thing lit up under phone settings is "data" not other functions...i.e.text, calls, video calls! Blah! Need a phone! Can u help?? Ty....FM

    I don't know the specifics of your phone (generic Note 3 is vague), but maybe try the different modes offered in the network settings. You can also contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting, if possible

    Bottom line, if it doesn't work, you can still return it if within the return period

    Sorry for the vagueness! This phone is from China. It is model # N9005, listed as a wcdma/gsm cell phone. Im on my 2nd straight talk at&t sim. Wondering if it is locked to cdma? Oy! My brain hurts! ;/
