Hello, I am new here and also new to the Android operating system.

I have Android 4.2 on my mobile phone which I have bought recently.

Everything is running fine on my phone so far but with the exception of my clock's alarm volume.

    For example:
I set the alarm volume to max, I go and set my clock alarm to ring and when the alarm rings the volume is set to very low.
When I check back to verify the volume, the volume is set to very low. I am very sure that I have set it to max though.

I have tried to reset my phone to factory settings, it didn't help...
Can anyone help a newbie with this volume issue?
Should I already send my phone to service? I just bought it

    Any help is much appreciated.
    Thank you !

Is it only me who encountered this problem? Nobody knows any solution to fix it? Anything?
