Problem with preferences

Hey guys/girls.
I'm new to this soooooo.... Here goes.
I was using an app and I wanted to insert a music file. It asked the preference thing and I chose the music player and pressed always. Now, is there a way to undo that? Because the file I wanted to use is in another app and doesn't show in my music player

So uh. Found the solution *facepalm
Settings>apps>reset app preferences

God I feel stupid for even starting this thread. Hahaha. >_<
