Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket Service Problems
I purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy s2 Skyrocket from Samsung and received it in the mail on Saturday. Everything works perfect except for the service. I have AT&T and the logo for AT&T comes and goes. I've been able to make very few texts and no calls. My data hasn't worked at all. Sometimes I'll have full bars but the AT&T logo is gone and I can only make emergency calls. Its very sporadic and doesn't stay consistent, sometimes I have no service at all. I've tried factory resetting, no help. I've sat on the phone with AT&T for hours trying to solve it and same with Samsung. I feel the phone has an issue though its condition is perfect. Please help!
