AT&T Galaxy Note 2 won't update to KitKat

Hello !

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from AT&T but it doesn't have service but it still use Wi-Fi ! For a reason it won't update to the Android 4,4 KitKat but I know AT&T give update to Galaxy Note 2. I trying to update but it sayed that the update is interrupted and try again in 24h. I can't update, can a person help ? Thanks !

Have you tried the framework trick( if you don't know what that is Google it)
