Why is my Huawei y511-u30 frequently shutting down?

huawei y511-u30 frequent shutdown

my y511-u30 shut down anonymously sometimes once in a day or many times.... there is no specific time period for this... internal memory and ram almost free , no third party apps .. runs on 4.2.2 ..... otherwise device is perfect in all aspect ... sim card inserted properly and it happens even without micro sd card..... cellular network is excellent here(full signal)..i feel its a software isuue... any solution please ....

Did you check if your Sim card is inserted correctly?

yes its in a proper position ,,, many times i reinserted the sim card ... but it doesn't work
