Why can't I open the gallery on my Samsung Trend S7392?

I can't open the gallery on samsung trend S7392

My gallery is not opening. Error msg: Not enough memory, delete some files. In Settings/Storage: System took full phone memory (4 GB). Not allowing/Showing for Media/Download/availability. When I show the SD Card0 (internal sd card) in my files, it is showing no files. In the application manager below the screen showing "Device memory available 1.2 GB".

I have already done below steps.

1. Through PC format the phone memory.
2. On recovery mode wipe cache partition.
3. Factory reset.
More than these steps any body pls help me out....

"My assumption is some permission to user date on the internal memory is locked".

Are you able to take a full screenshot and post it? It'd be nice to see the full screen, because some of those are cut off. To take a screenshot, press the Power and Home buttons together for about half a second.

Make sure you show us the entire Settings>Storage​ screen, including what's there if you scroll down.

No. I can't take screen shot itself. I have taken the screen through other phone then only I send this. For screen shot also it is saying device space problem.
I have changed the SD card also. Without sd card also it is showing same error in internal memory.
Then my setting storage screen you are seeing is full screen only. Other options are like Media/Download/availability had been hidden automatically. There is no scrolling needed.

Sorry, not sure what to try next, considering that you've already done a factory reset. I wonder if formatting the phone memory from your PC might have caused a problem--that's usually not a helpful thing to do, and may be problematic.
