I deleted files on microsd and dont own a pc. need help to recover data. samsung boost mobile prevail os 4.2.1

Unfortunately, you're going to need a PC. I've yet to find an app or program that can recover data from within your phone. If you do manage to get access to one, I'd suggest looking at something like Recuva

Or run PhotoRec. (There are Linux, Mac and Windows versions.) The instructions are at PhotoRec Step By Step. (Even if you completely formatted the card, even if you repartitioned it, PhotoRec can recover anything still on the memory chip.)
