Nexus 7 (2012) - Won't Upgrade from Android 4.2.2 to 4.3

Okay, so I'm having some trouble here. I just got my new Nexus 7 (2012) in the mail today. After taking it out of the packaging, I booted it up to update all the apps on the device. After that, I decided to upgrade the software from Android 4.2.2 to Android 4.3. As soon as the update was finished I got an error message, saying "Error!" with the Android laying on the ground. When I saw this, I turned off the device and turned it back on so I could install the update again. In doing this, the device just stays on the Nexus logo screen when booting up. I'm extremely annoyed right now, so all help is very much appreciated. I want to get this device up and running as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
