Hey everybody,
I just got the Nexus 4 last week and it's been the first few days with Android for me. Today I tried to disable the Google search widget from my home screen but after doing that some apps like Chrome lost the correction suggestions above the keyboard. When I re-enabled it, the problem remained but now the Google search box does not feature the suggestions either. They are fine in GV or WhatsApp though so the settings are correct. Is there anything I can do to get them back everywhere? I really like the swype like keyboard but not having those suggestions is really annoying.
