I know what I'm going to ask may seem repetitive to some, but I'm still not up to par in my Android world as much as I am with Apple's iPhone.

I'm currently running Jelly Bean on my Verizon SG3 with CM10. It's lovely, but still bugs out once every couple of days (app crashes, phone does not wake to lock screen so I have to reboot). I'm thinking of installing the stock JB ROM on my phone now that it has been officially released. My question is how would I go about doing this? My phone is rooted, has Clockwork Mod and ROM Manager.

Also, would there be any pros/cons between the two? I will add more to this soon, as I am about to run out of the house. Thank you all in advance!!
