how to access to system files without rooting?
if i want to change properties of some files and folder of one app, can i do without root?
and i can see all installed apps and their folders without roting via any app? using root explorer but not able to find all folders of installed app..
using nexus 4 andorid 4.2.1

any file explorer which can change/edit file properties to allow read/write/execute without rooting phone?
or any otherway like i was using winscp in apple devices and ssh files and was a ble to edit file permissions...
