Lag in games

I have an allview speed city tablet running android 4.1.1 JellyBean dual-core 1.5 Ghz and Mali 400 MP2 and it seems that 3D games lag after some time of usage.However,after i restart the device the lag dissapears...i dont know whats wrong can you help me?

Low quality GPU? Only 1GB of RAM? It sounds like a memory issue. You can try force closing all non essential running apps, but don't expect too much from a $130 tablet.

I have every app closed only android keyboard shows on running proceses and have plenty of ram free.The curious thing is that the lag appears ONLY after about 1hour after i boot the device...i think its a software problem...Have any of you experienced this on your android device?

I still think it is the RAM/GPU, but please post what games that significantly have this issue. Also, are you running them from a SD card or the internal memory?

I run the games from internal memory.The games are Dead Trigger,Cod Black ops zombies and Shadowgun Deadzone.The games run fine but after i use the tablet for a couple of hours the games begin to lag and i have to restart it to make the lag dissapear.
