Why is it hard to find headphones with volume buttons? It seems like something that is an easy thing to implement. Why can the iphone do it and not android

That's a headset.

Aneroid is an operating system, it doesn't make headsets. You have to buy them from headset makers. Try searching for 'in ear headset' or 'earphones headset' on Amazon.

Apple use propriety standard for their headset connectors, you need to get an adapter to convert it to universal standard to work on Android phones. Some phones like Nokia have universal headphone jack that should work with it.

sorry I realize there are different headsets for iOS and Android. But why cant any of the phone makers allow there phones to use headsets with volume buttons. it's stupid that you have to download an app to do these things
