So when I was rooted I really wanted battery percentage for my Nexus 5 so I installed this thing battery percentage thing from TWRP by clicking install then clicking the zip. Now I have installed modules and can't really do anything with the battery customization because it just creates another battery percentage and there is two.. Which isn't so good so I was wondering how do I uninstall it? Look it just looks so bad next to my other colored icons... Thanks!

If it was a zip file, you probably replaced system files. If you don't have a way to roll back the changes, you may have to reinstall your device firmware. I'm not sure though because I don't do much with root these days.

Yeah, you're going to need a clean reinstall of the OS.
