KitKat not updating
Ok. Moto G - Kitkat 4.4.2 - keeps nagging to install an update. It will not do it. Ends in an Error everytime. The Bootloader is unlocked so that has voided the warranty. Phone works fine apart from this nagging update thing. Have tried Factory Reset/Restore, in fact all the choices when in that mode. Always comes back with this stupid update thing. Motorola were about as helpful as chocolate teapot. But then they just say from a script.
Should I flash this thing to a new firmware? Don't mind about wiping the thing. Everything is backed up anyway. If I do this will get me back to a clean stock version?
And is their a way to reverse the Unlock Bootloader, i.e.Lock the Bootloader again?
Any advice greatly received. Thanks
