i not able to transfer files from my note 3 n9000 my laptop detects my phone but not able to copy files from my phone but able to send files to my phone help me

This is usually a driver issue. Make sure the Samsung drivers are installed and updated. Transfer files from an administrator account on the computer. Finally, use a USB port connected to the motherboard.
