    Where do I go to see exactly which apps have notifications active? (GalaxyS5)

    You can get a notification manager like Light Flow from the Play Store, but fundamentally notifications on Android are handled at the app level. That means if you want to see an app's notification settings, you need to go to the settings for that app.
