Rooting my 4.4.2

I have just switched from windows phone to android and i bought micromax unite 2 with kitkat 4.4.2,i was really happy until i found i was low on internal storage and couldn't even update some apps (only 80mb left)..so i wanted to root my phone and as it is new so would it void my warrent? And so can i unroot then? If so then how?..thanks in advance.
