    Default Need help installing ROM!

This may be a dumb post but I was about to flash CM11 on my KitKat s3 sprint but it said installation aborted. I had CWM 6.0.4.5 custom recovery. I remembered that when I had the sprint s2, I had to downgrade to ICS in order to have CM11. So I tried to downgrade KitKat to ICS via Odin but it kept failing. Someone said that once you have KitKat on your s3, you can't downgrade. So my question finally is, how can I get CM11 on my s3?

That would have had Knox (Samsung security software) installed making it more difficult to not only root but install other ROMs.

I removed Knox. And I have root access but I got a problem, every time I restart my phone, it says " unfortunatley superuser has stopped" and then I have too reinstall superuser via a file explorer and it will work again.
