Why does my notification access keeps disabling apps?

Notification Access Keeps Disabling Apps

Every single day all of the apps that I allow notification access on keep getting automatically disabled. I'm on an unrooted Galaxy S5 on AT&T.
Has anyone else had this issue? It's a bunch of different apps, and the only one that doesn't get unchecked every single day is my custom lockscreen AC Display.

Mine is doing the same thing. I have a Samsung Gear Fit, and my phones turns off the notification access for that and for tesla unread plugin.

Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (stock). I have to recheck android wear 1-2 times a day otherwise my moto 360 is worthless.
