Wifi no longer days "saved, secured"

Hi. I'm new to android phones and bought the droid turbo around the release time. My Wi-Fi will work fine for the first week or so and then starts to act up. From there I need to manually reconnect to my home network (or other once-saved networks) and eventually it will just drpop the connection as soon as it connects. I went to Verizon they tried a bunch of stuff and eventually sent me a new phone. Now the new phone is at the "doesn't reconnect" stage and even my home network doesn't have the "saved" in front of the secured WPA on the available networks screen.

Any help would be very much appreciated! I'm at my wits end.
