battery life problem

Hello

I am using Android 4.4 and on my phone if it reaches 90 percent charged the battery time on battery resets to zero, example of screen is here



Is there anyway to stop this resetting to zero when it reaches 90 percent and set to a higher percentage. When it reaches 89 percent it seems fine but seems strange 90 percent will always go back to zero

Sorry, but nope. That's just the way the battery report screen is coded. I guess if you root you could modify it, but I'm not sure. If you want a more detailed outlook of your battery consumption, including total ON time, not just time off the charger, you could try 3rd party apps like GSam Battery Monitor (the most popular app of choice, albeit a bit overloaded with information).
