Wifi connection lost and browser gone
My daughter uses her tablet to watch Youtube, but in the past few days, her tablet has been unable to connect to the internet via the Wifi box we use for everything (and through which we can still connect via other android devices)
Going into the settings, we go into the Wifi settings and change the switch to 'ON', but then it reverts back to 'OFF' when exiting the settings. Also, the browser that was on the tablet since we got it, has vanished completely.
I'm at a complete loss, can anyone suggest what might be the problem?
