Data usage cycle not going into the next year?

Data usage cycle not going into the next year

I have android 4.4.2....
My internet is not working since jan 1 2016...
It seems to be a problem with data usage life cycle...
It still shows nov - dec 2015 cycle...
The cycle is not moving to jan 2016. That's the reason my mobile net is not working
Could anyone help me with this?

What phone do you have? Is the phone itself displaying the correct date and time?
