Every since updating my wifi will not connect. The wifi button simply does not work. Double click to wifi settings and activating the slider will not show networks nor connect. It just goes back to off. Toggling on airplane mode does not solve issue. Full power cycle has resulted inconsistently with at least showing networks but connection drops off almost immediately and does not reconnect.

Device is a Nexus 4 with zero previous connectivity issues.

Wifi networks in good working order with other devices connecting as usual.

This is driving me nuts and costing me money.

Have you checked it with only one access point? My Nexus 4 was behaving similarly to yours when I first updated and refused to connect to my work's wifi. I eventually gave up and left it alone for the day. When I got home, I noticed it connected to my home wifi without issue, and now connects to my work wifi without problems as well.

Also, have you tried doing a system cache wipe?
