I sorta need my hand held for this. My Nexus 7(2013) was recently acting up, so I went ahead and did a Restore. No problems!
But, the next day, I got the 5.0.1 push. I went to allow it to update, but it hits a point during install where it just says "error" and stops.
I have to manually restart it.
Then it'll be hours or days until it says it's ready to update again. Each time, I get the same result.
I'm currently on version 4.4.4
How can I get this puppy updated without a college course in programming?
