still cant update to Lollipop on Galaxy S5 EE

still cant update mine via the wireless update, settings > about > software update. Still says the latest updates are installed.

Does it have to be done via KIES, or have EE just not released it yet?

It has to be released. If it says you have the latest, it means you have the latest one released for that particular model S5.
