I added a second user, then I go into security settings to enable "unknown sources" for development, and wow: When did Google turn into Apple? Limiting the ability to turn on "unknown sources" in other user accounts really stinks of Apple.

Even having "unknown sources" enabled in the admin account doesn't have it apply to other accounts.

What's the point of other accounts then?

The point is that users should not have access roots have. Imagine giving phone to older kid to play for a moment, do you want it to be able to install anything it gets it hands on?
