Not receiving notifications when connected to WiFi.

After updating my LG G3 to 5.0.1 I am not receiving notifications when on my home WiFi and my work's WiFi. When turning off WiFi and getting on Verizon's network I receive all notifications. Things I have tried listed below.

1) Downloaded various "notification fixer" apps from the play store. None of them worked.

2) Reset the Android Settings to default. Did not work.

3) Factory reset. Just tested and it is still not working.


Any ideas?

Try rebooting your router. If that doesn't help, try temporarily turning off the router's security. See this guide for more info: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...roubleshooting-wi-fi-connection-problems.html

Already tried that (forgot to list it in original post). And as I said it happens at my work's WiFi as well. I don't think they'd appreciate me bringing down our enterprise wireless.

This can be closed. I contacted Verizon and they are shipping me a new phone.

Were you rooted or had a custom ROM?
