how do i set up email filters in the new lollipop ?

I had filters set up to direct incoming mail into different folders, but when I just upgraded the operating system to lollipop, my previous filters disappeared.

What make/model phone/tablet are you using? What is the app you are using for mail client? Is it Gmail?

I have the same issue. I didn't use the filters for moving into folders, but used the filters to segregate messages for easier viewing and managing. However, all my filters are gone after my Lollipop update and I see no way to re-add them. I'm extremely disappointed. I had no idea this would change.

I'm using the standard Android Email application with 3 email accounts setup. Once my email is picked up by the phone, I can easily find specific emails based on filters I had previously setup. Now it's one long email list with 500+ emails and not easy to find. Using the "find" feature is useless since you have to search one thing at a time rather than simply choosing a different filter for display purposes.
