Can you add apps to folder in app tray after you've created the folder?

That is, in Android 5, you can create custom folders in the app tray. So, let's say I create Folder VIDEOS and add some related apps. Done.

Now, I see in the app tray that there was an app I missed--like MX Pro--that I would like to add to the VIDEOS folder (again, in the APP TRAY, not on the phone's screen).

Is there anyway to do that? I don't see one. All I see is deleting the folder and starting over again from scratch, which is kinda mind numbing.

Almost by accident I finally discovered the solution to this.

You can't be in the basic app tray screen after creating the folder. If, at that point, you open the folder, nothing happens but opening the folder. There is no way to add more app icons.

In the upper right is that "...." vertically. It says EDIT. THEN, you can click on the folder to which you wish to add more apps, and now the + button comes back, to allow you do so. Personally, it seems to me that this is an extra step and counter-intuitive, but at least I can stop tearing my hair out.
