Mobile data check box disappeared after Lollipop upgrade

I have a Samsung E5. The mobile data check box has disappeared from the Data Usage tab after the Lollipop upgrade. So I have no cellular data any more and no way to turn it on! Mobile data shows up on the notifications panel though. I can toggle it on and off, but even when it is turned on, I don't have data!

Fixed. Went to SIM Card manager and assigned a SIM card to the Data service network.
