Why my Samsung Kies doesn't show any lollipop update for Note 3 neo?
Hi, I am having some problems in upgrading my N3n to lollipop by having an error message when installation reach 29% through OTA. Some of my friends having the same problems as mine, but they successfully upgraded it via Samsung Kies .
Now, strange thing happened... Once they connected their N3n to their computer, Samsung Kies does show New Firmware Found... But when I tried at home, it does not show any message of New Firmware. My N3n never rooted before and it is not clone or even AP device. Can I know what is the problem??
I tried reinstall Samsung Kies, factory reset my phone, disable firewall even restart my computer and my phone.
