Why will my wifi not connect at all? [Samsung Galaxy S5]

I have an S5 it will not connect to wifi or Bluetooth atall . when I press the WiFi icon it goes on and off straight away does not attempt to connect. I have rebooted the phone numerous times as well as clearing cache. Please help. Very frustrated

Check in about device to see if BT and wifi have a mac address. If not the module is faulty. If you have mac addresses displayed clear cache and reboot
