I think i soft-bricked my phone and don't know how to fix it.

I was trying to play hacked Pokemon Go via my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 (SCH-1545) and i watched a video trying to get it working. i downloaded xposed installer, framework, and twrp. i went through this walk through process rebooted it and now it reads "start up failed Your device didn't start up successfully. Use the Verizon Software Repair Assistant on a computer to repair your device." and in the top left corner in red it says " Secure Fail: Kernel" Im not very tech savvy and just wanted to try it. If you can help thanks in advance!
