Error Google Play store

Google play store wont download apps, the story is when i downloading app its says "downloading 36.56/43.56" but it in the top my phone where the the icon blackberry, the clock, the battery etc place, the download icon was gone and the download just still ""downloading 36.56/43.56" and i waited very long and nothing happened and i download the other apps and the problem still same. And now i cant download anything PLEASE HELPPPPP......!!!! My phone is Asus Zenfone 6 And i try the both way that B.Diddy told but still didnt work

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.


If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
