hp plugin for wireless direct printing stopped working

hi... i did not have any problems in a year using the hp plugin for wireless direct printing with my officejet 8630.

just recently, when i try to "print" a document i get an error message "this printer is not available".

but when i "send" the document via the same hp plugin, it prints.

i have uninstalled amd reinstalled the plugin. i have cleared the print spooler cache.

wasnt sure if it was a good idea to clear the data. but, is that even what's wrong with the ability to print?

any feedback would help.

hi. it is a samsung galaxy grand prime. and yes...it recently did get a system update.

Try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30545

thanks, i will look into this. should i clear the hp plugin app data? i only cleared the cache. if i do, does it ruin the app?

Do the cache partition wipe first, to see if that fixes things.
