Exchange Calendar Sync

I am posting this here but it was the same in Lollipop. I have an exchange business account. I have one personal calendar, and one calendar that I shared with a co-worker so we can schedule in-office meetings. I don't need to see that calendar anywhere other than the office. However, it is syncing with my android phone and while there is a long list of various calendars, under "EAS" it just lists my email address and then both calendars show up on my phone, with no way of determining which appointment is for which calendar. In Outlook, I can see both calendars separated by color (which is what I would like to have happen here). Any ideas on how to do this?

Not sure if this helps, my solution was to use AquaMail. Only thing I could find to bring the colors over from outlook. Below is a screenshot showing a week view of my work calendar in the normal Google calendar app.

When I use exchange nativity in Android it was always just one color, and clearly I need more colors.
