Wi-Fi and Mobile Data at same time

Hello All,

I wanted to connect my mobile Wi-Fi as a client to a Wi-Fi Access Point for Local data exchange. But I want the cellular data to be used for Internet access.

However, the mobile Wi-Fi connection to the Wi-Fi Access point gets disconnected when I turn on the cellular data.

Please guide me to an application that can access Wi-Fi App for local connection and Cellular data for internet connection.

Is that a challenge or limitation in android device ? Please help.

Since most people do not have unlimited high speed data with their carrier and have to pay for data, Android prioritizes wifi over cellular data to save money. I suspect that is having a negative effect on what you are trying to do.
