Best DESKTOP software to backup ALL the data on my phone?

Looking for a PC-based desktop program that will backup all of my data for my HTC M8.

Any suggestions?

Well, that depends on what you want to do... are you looking to just make a recovery backup of your device? Or are you looking to make a data backup to move to a new one?

Potentially both.

I have an HTC M8 that i would like to restart from factory settings and if that doesnt alleviate my problems, I will liekly want to move data over to a new phone.

Just move all your photos, videos, music, etc. from your phone to your computer using windows explorer...like you would on a USB stick.
