When I type in a user name or password field certain characters gets replaced or deleted.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 running Android 6.0.1. It happens the same way every time. I have to go back in 2-3 times to make corrections before I can hit done. I have already tried to turn off auto correct. Im at a loss for why it does this. Can you help?

Have you tried clearing the keyboard apps data and cache? You may lose some of your personalazation but it sounds like you're ready to try anything.
