Why can't I run the game in 6.0.1 version?

Recently I upgraded my Android version from 5.0 to 6.0.1 and the game (Bleach Brave Souls) I play in 5.0 does not work in the version of 6.0.1 it says ''your hardware does not support this application'' when I download the older version of game it works but after I upgraded the game to the newest version it does not open again. My phone is Asus Zenfone 2 and I hope you can help me to fix this issue.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you install the game from the Play Store, or from somewhere else? Was the system update for the phone an official one pushed over the air by ASUS, or did you download it yourself from some website?

I installed the game from the Play Store and and yes the system update for the phone was official that launched by ASUS. I donwloaded the firmware from website of ASUS and upgraded it manually.

Ok, and did you make sure it was the firmware for your exact model? It can be a bit confusing with ASUS, since they have a number of different Zenfone 2 variants (like the Laser, Deluxe, Zoom, etc.).

I am sure because I downloaded the firmware from the section of Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) in ASUS website. It was a special firmware that created only for Zenfone 2.

The best thing I can suggest at this point is to send the developer an email and see if they're aware of this issue. info-bleach-en@klab.com
