More Dozing

The Doze feature of Marshmallow that some of us are familiar with certainly works, but only when the device is stationary for long periods. For me, that's only really overnight. So the additional level of lighter dozing in N is welcome. The light dozing occurs with the phone off, but not necessarily stationary. The deeper dozing kicks in after the phone has been stationary a while. This seems to me to be a great improvement to the Doze feature. Let's hope it works well in practice, without compromising functionality.

^ 👍. So I guess it's not easy to distinguish between the two types of Doze, as monitored, though the second line seems to have started quite soon after you switched off.

I expanded that graph that is posted above. Then I could see better that it was about an hour from when i stopped using phone( midnight) til doze kicked in ( 1 am Friday)
