Can you Pre-Load TinyDB

I have an app that has a TinyDB and I want to send out to a few people. The App is identical for all the people except for a couple personal items. There is a configuration area for a couple variables that I want to set before I send it out. I understand the TinyDB is initialized every time it is installed. Is there any way to include a type of file with the APK that would populate the TinyDB with the specific data for that person? Is there any other ideas to config the app other than giving the control to the user?
