change image on a time set up

Hi there

I am new to it and I am trying to add a timer e.g every 5 seconds to change image. I need it to be continuously from image 1 to image 2 to image 3 to image 4 to image 1 again etc. I have tried many different ways and I cannot get it right. Does anyone can help me with that?
