I went through the FAQ and connection troubleshooters, but I have a couple of questions.

First of all, I am using an iMac with Snow Leopard. In fact, it isn't even 3 months old. I am using a DX as my device.

When I connect my DX to my iMac, debugging and charge only are set.

1. Opening the blocks editor starts a download, every time.

2. Then, when I try to connect the phone once it starts up, the phone appears to not have access to the SD card.

Any ideas?

1. it should download then give you the option to open or save, choose open to run it.

2. you need to make sure you have the correct drivers, and USB debuggging turned on, (turn on stay awake as well), then retun to home screen with Debugging enabled.

there is also a nice app called Dual SD Mount to read SD Card on phone and computer while mounted.
