Smart keyboard settings?

Ikeep trhing to get go keybard settings right but the are a the text. Goes into is not visible as i type. I see a little white text input area but the actual text is higher in the typing area tha i can see. Any tips for setting up this keyboard. So i can see what im typing as i type?

Within Go Keyboard settings>Display settings, you might want to toggle the "full-screen" keyboard settings. If you take the full off, it gives you more room to see. Good luck!

Been there done that. In tapatalk the text is always above the visible space.

It's too bad cuz I really like the keyboard. I emailed go but I doubt they'll answer. My problem with the stock keyboard is I want spelling suggestions but not auto complete. Also the space bar is too far to the right. I keep hitting the period when I want space. With auto complete on stock keyboard replaces the word I want with another and I often miss it leAding to a stupid post.

Well I've given up on Go and using smart keyboard. So far I love it. I don't think it gives suggestions from my user dictionary though.
