Im about as unqualified t own a droid phone as anyone..but ive mad progress...i bought the BW, but have no clue how to use the 'skins' etc...i found them, but it says load on SD card etc...sooooo..im lost...anyoen with mercy??

Tell me how to make my screen pretty with ll the clocks etc ??

First hit the weather icon, after the animation hit the menu button, hit skins, select the one you just downloaded, hit save and apply.
