I downloaded a couple applications and want to delete them but can't seem to find where to do this.

Holding down your finger causes it to jump to the home screen and from there, the expand arrow at the bottom turns into a trash can.

that won't delete it, that will just move it from your home screen

to delete, go to settings / applications / manage applications and delete them from there

another (sometimes easier) way is to go to the marketplace, menu / downloads and then click on the app you want to delete and instead of install at the bottom, it will say uninstall.

I downloaded Quick Uninstall from the marketplace and really like it.

Just go to setting then applications. ..and it will show your applications.




Or go to the android mart and go to options.
